A Message from our founder:
My name is Catherine and along with my husband Darren, we established Amethyst Healthcare over 16 years ago.
We have 4 homes with our 5th due in 2024. Prior to establishing Amethyst Healthcare we explored the models of care, which were employed to support people with learning disabilities.
We looked at the environment in which people were being supported and the outcomes people were experiencing.
We knew we could do better and set out to "redefine care"
We have developed a resilient, creative, skilled and caring workforce which enables us to help our residents feel safe. We enable them to seek and take advantage of opportunities to the best outcomes.
We have a shared vision where we continue to innovate and adapt to the everchanging care environment and all of it’s challenges.
Darren and I are truly proud to lead such a talented team and together, we will continue to redefine care for all 💜
